Ineichen Zurich AG offers worldwide shipping of souvenir products, merchandise, and art reproductions. Orders are dispatched from one of the following warehouses:

• Switzerland: Stadthausquai 11–13, CH-8001 Zürich, Switzerland
• UAE: A5-1, Logistic Park, Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Orders are shipped via EMS.
• Flat shipping fee: USD 50.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery time: 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on destination.

A tracking number will be provided after shipment so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, and other possible charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient according to the regulations of their country.

• Returns are accepted in case of manufacturing defects or if clothing size does not fit.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that art reproductions by Konstantin Chaykin are non-returnable under any circumstances.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind or simply do not like the item, you may return it. In this case, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
