At KC Manufacturing LLC, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order or request a replacement, please review our policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been processed and shipped from our warehouses (within 1–2 business days of order placement). To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@kcm.ae or via WhatsApp at +971508407525.
- After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to receive the item and follow our standard return process outlined in the Refund & Return Policy.
- Refunds for Cancellations: If your cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to reflect on your card, depending on your bank.
2. Product Replacement (Exchanges)
We offer replacements under the following guidelines:
- Sizing Issues (Clothing): Clothing items may be replaced for a different size, subject to product availability. The item must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Request for replacement must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, we will replace it with an identical item at no additional cost. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
- Art Reproductions Notice: Please note that art reproductions by Konstantin Chaykin are custom-crafted and strictly non-replaceable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
3. Shipping Costs for Replacements
- In the case of sizing issues or exchange requests based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our designated logistics center (UAE or Switzerland), as well as the shipping fees for the new item.
- In the case of damaged or defective items, KC Manufacturing LLC will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement.
