KC Manufacturing LLC offers worldwide shipping of souvenir products, merchandise, and art reproductions. To ensure efficient delivery, orders are dispatched from one of our logistics centers:
- UAE Center: A5-1, Logistic Park, Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Switzerland Center: Stadthausquai 11–13, CH-8001 Zürich, Switzerland.
1. Shipping Terms and Cost
- Orders are shipped globally via EMS.
- Flat shipping fee: USD 50 per order.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 business days to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and dispatch location.
- Delivery Restrictions: In accordance with UAE law, we do NOT ship to, nor provide services to, any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.
2. Tracking and Confirmation
A tracking number will be provided via email immediately after shipment so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
- Delivery Confirmation: The customer will receive a confirmation of dispatch and delivery via email. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and other possible customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival according to the customs regulations of the destination country.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Returns (including cases of manufacturing defects, sizing issues, or change of mind) are accepted subject to our official Refund & Return Policy.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective.

5. Insurance
All shipments are fully insured by KC Manufacturing LLC during transit until they are successfully delivered to the recipient.
